Any of the birds with red single combs at this age are male which would be cockerels not pullets. Those first few Turkens are cockerels. Red combs not orange. Orange and pink hue are not red color.

Once the birds who have a standard neck hackle get in all their feathers, you can tell by the shape of the neck hackle. A bird with neck hackle feathers which are pointed at the ends is a male. A bird with neck hackle feathers which are rounded at the ends is a female.
Best,

Here's a great website: http://forum.thepoultrysite.com/discussion/8249/sexing-chicks
all kinds of ways to sex chicks. Oh and when they use the word "torch", they mean a flashlight. , smile. It's a British thing. I gave some birds to an old time farmer this Fall. Some were chicks. he sat down on a bench and had me get him a string and a metal nut. Then he held it over the birds head and son of a gun, the rotated just like the method at the above website under 'Wives Tales". He got the sex right 100% of the time! I know because the chicks could also be feather sexed with 100% accuracy. But he wasn't interested in that. he was using the old time way.
