Our little long-legged adorable 6-month old Silkie is of a very rare color: he's a splashed gray with red leakage all around. Apparently the color is called Calico, or Tortoiseshell. His crest and wattles are purple'ish and his crow is raspy, the crest hangs to one side and he looks like he's wearing "his hat on an angle"! The cape is developing into a fuzzy light gray and his legs are light gray too. The tail is dark gray and so is his face. He's an avid little dancer and drags his leg and wings funny as he tries to charm the ladies by running sideways next to them! He spends most of his time on his tippy toes, and lifts one leg when crows! I think this little cockerel would do best with smaller breeds and bantams as he himself is little.

This is a super entertaining little bird who it's gonna be hard to separate from, but we can't keep him. We're in West Los Angeles and I'd deliver him to you.

The top picture is new, while the two bottom pictures are of a younger him.
