Whoooo are you? Who who, who who

So this lovely lady came to me from a friend who was moving and had to downsize her flock. She was part of a mixed grab bag of chicks at a feed store, but came from a hatchery originally. I have been watching her grow and develop for several months, and just can't put my finger on what breed she is. I have some ideas, just can't quite nail it down! She's very close to laying, but no eggs yet so I can't use that as a clue. Her long earlobes are so perplexing. Somebody please help me stop scouring the Internet for clues!

That's a Partridge Plymouth Rock. They are beautiful birds.

I set fire to the rain! Watch it pour as I, touched your face. Well it burn while I cried, because I heard it screaming out your name. And I threw us into flames. I knew that was the last time, the last time...I set fire to the rain! -Adele

Omg! I think you are exactly right! Phew. Now I can move on to searching more pressing issues.
She's quite flighty unlike my barred rock, but I just love her beautiful feathering and varied colors.
Thanks a million! big_smile.png:D:D

Partridge Rock. Beautiful hen!

Breeder of Dutch bantams, Wyandotte bantams, and a few exhibition rabbits.

Feel free to ask me questions about chicken and rabbit care, breeds, and showing! I'm always happy to help!

Nature's first green is gold,

Her hardest hue to hold.

Her early leaf's a flower

But only so an hour.

Then leaf subsides to leaf.

So Eden sank to grief,

So dawn goes down to day.

Nothing gold can stay. --Robert Frost
