Maystery Chick.......Can you help? *UPDATE*

Here is the older thread for reference:

Thought I'd go ahead and update this since he is now about 6 months old. Although I'm not 100% sure of what he is, still, but I'm leaning toward an Easter Egger with a single comb??? What do you think?

It's a little hard to get a close up of him, he is VERY skittish and runs away every time I walk close to him, even if I try to sneak up. Having said that, here are the pics. He is this white and black rooster.

My backyard flock includes: 1 White Leghorn Hen, 1 White Leghorn Rooster, 2 EE Hens, 1 EE Rooster, 2 Buff Orpingtons, 2 Australorps, 4 RIR Roosters, and 2 Silkie Roosters and 1 unsexed Silkie (1 black, 2 splash)

Looking forward to 2 BCM males, 2 SCM females, and 3 Double-Laced Barnevelder females in late April!! Very Egg-Cited!

It is a little hard to see him in the photos, but to me he looks like a purebred Silver Lakenvelder.

Owner of about 20 chickens and 12 exhibition rabbits

Always happy to answer questions! You can ask me about diseases, raising chicks, feeding, and breeds!

Ah ha! I do believe you are correct.

In my previous thread someone mentioned a Silver Lakenvelder and I said I didn't think so because of the leg color, well the leg color did change. So we'll go with Silver Lakenvelder!! :D
