Do I have a bunch of roosters??

I got 17 chicks ranging in 2-4 each of diff bantams. They are 9 weeks old. Surprisingly a lot have red combs already. I have 3 Cochins the same that 2 have red combs and one doesn't so I'm pretty sure the 2 are roosters right? I think both my de rights are roosters too. How long should I wait? One of the Cochins is already running up to people

we have to get rid of the roosters!

Cochin on left and the other two on the right are the same and she doesn't have a comb really so I'm thinking she's the only pullet
 
It looks to me like you have at least 5 cockerels. If you want to more specific identifications, I would suggest posting individual profile shots of each bird.
 
Okay when I get home I'll post some other pics. So far there are 4 for sure the 2 sebrights and the 2 of the 3 Cochins of the same kind. I have another kind of cochin and they all have the same comb- kinda orange not quite red
This is one on the left and the right is for sure a rooster. What are thoughts on the one on the left?
