I have this one chick that just hatched it looks like he has a umbilical cord type thing coming from its bottom it almost looks like intestines

I see this was a while ago, how is the chick? I would keep it separate so any others don't peck at it, otherwise I'm really not sure, Their umbilical cords are really thin threads not like that, I hope someone can help you if the chick is still with you

That thing fell off but the chick looks a little wobbly im not sure about it it dont look.very good I dont want it to suffer

Is the chick cold? Is the chick alone and afraid? Peeping often means the chick needs something and is calling for mom. Where are the other chicks? Is this little guy eating?

had him.in with the other chicks and he was doing the same thing but he got in the waterer and got wet so I dried it off and put it under the heat lamp it seems to be calming down a little but it is still standing tall like it wants to use the bathroom and stumbling the other chicks that were hatched yesterday when this one hatched seem to be just fine they are walking good and eating and drinking

Try offering this chick some soft scrambled egg, see if you can get him to eat. If he is warm enough and with the other chicks and still peeping constantly then yeah, there maybe something else going on.

Also fix it so they can't walk into the water dish and get soaked.
