My three girls were sold to me as Amerucana's but I'm thinking they are EE's. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Also, they are 24 weeks, any idea when they will start laying?

I've read a lot of people will use both names for EEs
People do but that doesn't make it right. It's important for people to use the correct name and to know the difference so they are not taken advantage of and over pay for their chickens.
They are all getting nice red coloring. Shouldn't be long.

Thank you for your time! I don't feel like I over paid unless $2 a piece is overpaying. They have been amazing pets and our kids have taken very well to caring for them on a daily basis. Plus, chicken TV... need I say more!

I agree, people should use correct terminology(I run into that a lot in parrots) and yes great price! Just saying one reason they were mis-labeled.
