I meant to mention...the first few times I made that soup I chopped up 1/2 a head of cabbage. This last time I made it, I had a bag of already finely shredded cabbage and just dumped that in the crock pot. Can't beat the convenience of the pre-shredded and it almost melted into the soup making it seem more like chili.

It’s been a pretty quiet day so far IM, which is fine.

I hurt myself somehow and can’t lift my right arm or it makes my shoulder hurt really bad. I didn’t sleep well so wanted to leave work, but stayed and it was a very productive day. It is absolutely freezing here and windy, so I’m sitting in the bed with a heating pad and the doggies now.

You should go to the doctor! Often people think they have hurt a muscle and it is a TIA (mini stroke) if you don't know how you hurt yourself, this is a possibility, especially for a diabetic.

It's the end of an era, Raquel Welch has passed away. I can remember when every boy had to have her poster for his room (the one with the animal skin bikini of course).
