The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Not to add to your workload, but you could turn the golf course into a cross country ski course during winter. I’ve seen how pretty it is there and can just imagine skiing along the river, through the course with those gentle little hills, and having a hot toddy and platter of wings in the club house to warm up....

I’ll go away now.
As long as they don't fall in a sand trap!

OK, no water, no restaurant. Doesn't mean you couldn't track the course and have people ski it. They can pee before they leave home, most won't be skiing more than an hour or two shouldn't be too hard to make it back home.

You already went away @Blooie and that didn't turn out to be a very popular event with your friends here. No need to try it again :hugs

Did you say there will be some help with the books this year?

I hope it is easier! Kitchen work can be brutal

Not sure what you mean about the 'books'?

I'm hoping things will go smoother this year. At least no robberies, car chases, employee theft, etc. that have happened our first couple of seasons here. A peaceful season would be much appreciated, lol.

No extra help? Maybe some management thing you don't have to do?

My memory is playing tricks on me again...

There's always porta potties.
Set up a grill outside. Put a big kettle on a tripod over a fire... serve pork & beans or something...
