Nope. We went for a year without a kitchen manager. Now that we have one, he's been taking all of our hours for himself. Now he's decided he HAS to have an assistant manager. The two of them combined are taking everyone's hours in May. He even made the lead cooks take a pay cut in order to bring in this new guy.
I work in the kitchen of a camp for people with disabilities. Camps are resuming the end of May, so that's why things are going to pick up. During the off season there are rental groups.

Including a guarantee that if you don't get at least 35 hours EVERY month, he will make up the difference out of his pocket. ;)


If HE had to do it it might be a PITA for him but since you are doing it, he shouldn't care :D Don't bother with the peppers, at this point you need to buy started plants. Peppers are slow growers and we just don't have a long enough season to start with seeds now unless you have a greenhouse for the fall. Start the peppers in February next year.

Ahh okay! I think that's what was confusing me. I thought it went on the outside so I was like how would that open it?

Exactly what I thought! I'm doing it and I find it fun so what does he care?
