The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

You see? do you?
I wasn't even NEAR that.
Boy minds...

What?

My BIL is a 'lawn freak' - he obsesses over the fact that his next door neighbor lets the dandelions go to seed.

Once a city boy, always a city boy. He really is a good guy, and has been awarded the purple heart for marrying my SIL.

Sour, We had to re-sod the front yard. Hubs put in irrigation and uses liquid fertilizer on it.
The dogs are not allowed to pee on it, play on it, or sit on it,
They can look at it longingly from the front window.

I was busy doing stuff, and now I am hiding out. The religious zealots are roaming the neighborhood.
I turn off the lights and music and hide in the office.
I don't go knocking on their doors.

I am nice to the Young Morman boys. I figure If that was my kid, I would want people to be nice to him.
But still.

I always mow mine in the morning when the dew is still on the ground...that way my allergies are not as bad...

didn't she say in a previous post about her neighbor always mowing the little triangle of grass she has for a front yard?

Have you ever tried answering the door in the nude? Worked for me - well, pretty much . There was this one old zealot -------------------

Drs Berts and/or Chris given my condition of pain, I need an excuse slip from the tasks the Princess has set out for me today. I don't think I really should be expected to wash the windows and French doors in the bedroom because of my condition. TIA.

The woman always has to have a project. One would think that I would be 'project' enough. Our bedroom is green - symbolic of spring, growth, rejuvenation -GREEN is my favorite color. She is adding a black and white bed cover, black throw pillows (what the heck is the purpose of throw pillows?), black rugs and black lamps. Is this symbolic? Is she trying to tell me something? Or is she simply going Goth?
