The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Glad your BIL is doing ok DMC.

Sharron, very sorry to have missed your birthday. Hope you had a lovely day yesterday.

DH's test results came back as negative which is a relief. Thankfully I haven't got sick. He's still not great and it's a nasty bug whatever it is, but it can't be too infectious because the kids are both fine as well.

I have to confess I think I love ducklings more than I love chicken chicks. You put a duckling on your knee and they just want to sit and snuggle and be stroked like a cat. Our chicken chicks would much rather go adventuring and while they will allow us to give them a chest rub they protest most indignantly if we try to pat their wings. They do love the roosting perch I put under the heat lamp. They must be roasting under there - I hate to think how warm it is. I do need to put them in a bigger cage so I can put more distance between them and the bulb, but I'm not sure they are going to be too pleased.
thank you jae
i understand you had a lot on your shoulders to worry about something that simple:hugs

Yes, he’s doing better. His doctor said he can go back to work after 3 days of no fever. His work said retest before coming back. Sounds like it takes 4-5 days to get results back. My sister said it was like having influenza.

Hi Sue!

DMC, glad to hear your BIL is doing better!
