This is 'ferret', still no name! I cannot find one to fit her. She is a rescue and will be three years old in January. I saved her from a household that was not taking care of her. She was living in a filthy cage with maggots, no food or water, covered in fleas and she was losing her hair. I was disgusted it almost made me sick to see this poor innocent creature being treated like that. It took me a while to get her back to a healthy weight, to get her hair grown back, to get rid of all those fleas and now I like to believe she is happier than ever! Little did I know on that day I picked her up that she was going to be a big part of the family!

Here is a little bit about 'ferret'...

She likes to go for car rides! She will get up on the dash and look out of the windshield. When she isn't getting into the trash, knocking over my drinks or sleeping she is outside (only on really nice, clear days) running free in the yard. I let her outside and she roams around just like a cat and comes to the door when she wants in or she will go through the drainage pipe and come up the basement. I took her to the vet to get her shots and I told the vet about her roaming the yard and always comes back. The vet was very surprised that she comes back and at that moment I knew I had a special ferret and that she came into my life for a reason. Also, when I took her to the vet after I rescued her the vet is surprised she made a full recovery.

I cannot stand to see any animal mistreated and I know she would be dead if I didn't take action when I did.
