I'm so happy to be apart of this great group of duck loving people. I really do know that there truly are good people out there, it's just hard to know that when something like this happens for no real reason.
Today Chers mate stopped by to say hi
I walked him back to the lake and sat with him for awhile, I'm hoping a new female will show up.

He's beautiful. You know what your a breath of fresh air too just knowing there are people out there who really care about these birds and love them for their beauty and gentle ways. I am glad your there watching over them. :hugs

I appreciate that Miss Lydia:)
10 years ago one sweet little couple named Oscar and Caroline( named after our mayor and wife) stole my heart forever, they started the entire Muscovy clan here now in this community. It's been a blessing for me and I have learned so much from them.
Do you have Scovies?

Here is Ernie 4 yrs ago.  he is still looking healthy and spry here. He isn't doing so well now he doesn't molt any more so his wings look pathetic and he doesn't walk so good.

Here is my handsome boy

Photo 19 of 24 I'll get a pic of him now it won't look like this one but you'll see what an old man Scovy looks like.

Another around the same time as above.
