Bloody stool in 2 week old silkies

I got these two slikes Friday. One now has bloody stool. Coccidia? They're on Texas Naturals Feeds, which I think is nonmedicated. Should I just get them in medicated feed? Is something else better to treat? Could it be something else?
 
Is it the chick in the pic? How is it acting? If it's not acting well, lethargic, puffed up, it could very well be coccidiosis. I've never dealt with it myself, but... if that's what it is, you need to treat it immediately. Not just medicated feed, but the medication that you put in the water. Do a thread search for coccidiosis treatment.

Yes that chick. The stool seems normal now, and acting and eating normally. They were on medicated feed until I got them Friday and put them on non-GMO soy free feed.
