I am looking for feeder ideas for pheasants- I have used the hanging poultry feeders and was not very happy with them- then I went to PVC creep feeders, they worked fairly good but didn't like how feed got stuck in the end and was not eaten- bowls just are a waste with my birds as they flip them and kick dirt into them

Was thinking of the Peck a Matic but that seems like over kill for trios of birds (not to mention $$$ for the number of pens I have)

So- what have you found works best in your situation? Lets see them

I use rubber bowls for both feed and water. In the cold months the water freezes and you just turn these bowls over and stomp on them and the ice breaks out.I have used them for at least 8 years and I love em.They have them at Walmart and tractor supply for like 5.00 each.
In N.H.,Tony.You can see it in the back ground of this pic. This is a 5 qt bowl.I also use 3 qt bowls.
