There's been times when I was dealing directly with construction personnel, I had to do this.

Going and getting a beer isn't necessarily about going out hanging out at your favorite bar to drink a beer. It's kind of a way of saying I will meet you wherever and whenever you want and with your arse.

part of the problem is we are two completely different personalities. I am a narcissistic azzhole, but I don't try to hide it. I'm the boss because I get things done. He is a two-faced backstabbing liar, but it's OK because he loves Jesus. He would never agree to meet me anywhere outside the fence
