I have Henny Penny ha ha, my bb red, a silver duckwing, Turkey a self blue? who is pigeon colored, named Pigeon! And my beautiful little Nelly who's jet black, she's so beautiful to me.😊 and Sebright is a silver Sebright who hunches up with her little wings spread out constantly for a good month now! Wish I had some fertile eggs for them. Lol. 3 out of 4 are broody. Nelly is the top dog of the coop. It's funny watching her put my Easter Eggers in line. Their like 5 times her size! I'll try and post their pics later on. Their just so sweet, I love their little faces!
Ya know, I have a flock of self blues OEGB's... might be able to get some eggs if you'd like those...

Love OEGB, that was our plan for DS's 4-H birds this year prior to all plans going out the window and things falling into the big game of limbo we are currently in.
So true - winter is a great time for spending lots of time on BYC with all the cold weather and short hours of daylight, get to this time of year and things start to really pick up in the "real" world.
Like I said to Miss Am... if you get to wanting to do OEGB's, we have over a dozen hens in our self blue flock....
