I still need a little more sand, but so far it's worked great! It rained a little last night and it's not even muddy! Thanks so much!!

I do have a question tho. I saw some ants while collecting eggs today. I didn't see an ant bed, just some crawling around. What is safe to use?? I'm scared they would eat a granulated ant killer. Would liquid be safe??

I would leave the ants as a delicious ducky snack :)

I prefer not to use any chemicals near my ducks for fear of poisoning them.

Oh ok!! I didn't even think about them eating the ants! Lol! smile.png I suppose as long as they aren't bothering them I'll leave them be!

Some ducks and chickens just aren't interested in eating ants. You can use cinnamon to get rid of the ants. Just sprinkle it around where you don't want them.
