Yes you can get older hen vaccinated but its pointless as the hens that have already been exposed either already have it and you dont know it until the tumers appear or kill said bird, or you have hens that are immune to said virus. Which is what vaccinating does is help them build up the immunity which some of your hens already have and others as there is no treatment(cure confirmed) for this illness it would probably do more damage to vaccinate them. If you get new chicks i would vaccinate them but with the hens already exposed there it is pointless as either they are already immune or already are sick and nothing can be done. There was a poster who stated that they gave their hen something that cured their bird and after dieing they had a bet check body and the vet said that the bird looked like it had been cured but they had other birds treated the same in way and the medication didnt do anything for those birds.
