I finally was able to upload my pictures. Thanks so much for your help. I was very frustrated.
Are these black copper maron? Roo or hens?
 
Agree with the genders above.

I think what you have are someone's Olive Egger project. The feathered legs show the Marans breeding, but the pea combs, body shape and beard/muffs on some show Ameraucana breeding.
