Found a young chicken not feeling well, so brought him in, weighed him (225 grams) gave fluids orally and waited for poop. This is his poop that he did before fluids:

I kind of of wonder how much of that 35g is weight gain and how much of it is stuff that's just passing through. Are you going to post his weight gain over the next few days as well? :)

I will weigh him every morning before he eats. Lots of that weight gain is from the fluids and food I gave him yesterday, but once he's hydrated and back on track I'll expect to see a daily gain of about 10%.
