14 eggs ot of 15 hens

I have 15 pullets and the most eggs I've gotten in a day is 14,they have been laying for about 4 weeks,
question is how can I tell if they are all laying. .I have one that spends a long time in the nest, but there is always an egg at the end of the day, and another that plays being a rooster, doesn't crow, just jumps on their back.

Are you sure it's playing? Some roosters don't crow until after a year old...I've had quite a few do that. The only way to know who's laying is to actually catch them in the act really. Other than that it's a guessing game...but most chickens don't lay every single day as their cycles do change through out the lay. Sometimes they'll skip a day here and there.
 
Def appears to be a pullet..I don't see anything that yells boy at all...no pointy saddle feathers, no sickle feather, comb and waddle don't seem huge...I've heard of hens taking on rooster behavior when there isn't one around, but I've never seen it as I've always had roosters...14 eggs out of 15 hens is good,she may be laying but someone might be just laying every other day instead of everyday. On a side note, that's a nice looking chicken

It's fairly rare to get X eggs out of X hens on the same day...at least one hen is always having their day off.

It takes about 25 hours for an egg to form, a new ova is released shortly after an egg is laid.
A new egg could be laid approximately every 25-26 hours, so an hour or so later every day until one is laid late in the day and another ova might not be released until the following day, so a day off. BUT..very hen is different and only time will tell what a particular hen/pullets schedule might be. Not every hen/pullet lays every day..some only lay a few a week.
