This silkie chicken is 27 weeks old. I can't tell if it is a he or a she. Can anyone tell me what it is?

Thats chicken 1. Ill try and upload two others that im questioning as well. They are all the same age

To be honest, they all look like boys, especially those last 2 bearded ones. The non bearded (chicken 1) could be a girl, non bearded pullets tend to have larger combs and wattles than their bearded counterparts. Bearded hens combs and wattles should be virtually nonexistent, even when they're at laying age. This is one of the unfortunate drawbacks of Silkies (they're VERY difficult to sex). Some straight on shots of their combs might help, but you'll still probably want to hang onto them a bit longer to be positive on their gender.
 
You said 27 weeks? That's 6.75 months, so at almost 7 months old, they are all pullets. The non-bearded one with wattles - if that picture was at almost 7 months, definitely pullet.
