Chicken who has been alive for last 3 months no beak (I treated) her beak is growing back and she's been just like a normal chicken except now she is not able to walk as she was in a small crate for a week when weather was storming (she lives in the house) and is now unable to stand or walk but last night walked some and could stand. She is a 3yr old Barred rock, she eats Greek plain yogurt, honey, 3-4 baby aspirins electrolytes and vitamins. Am I missing something in her diet ?!?! Does she need Poly-vi-sol or some B12?

I have two concerns here.  When did you start giving the baby aspirins?  You are giving way too much.  At the most the chicken should get 1 aspirin.  Also, is it getting chicken food? Wet mash?  I think it is missing out on a lot of nutrition.  Maybe I'm reading this wrong and not understanding what is going on.  How long has it not been able to stand?

Yeah, I feed her mash and she only gets two 81mg aspirins a day, the most ever I've done is 4, and that's when I first got her. I just bought Selenium and b12 so we will see what happens smile.png thank you for a reply though! I love that someone can respond same day, rather than Facebool taking years.

Well...:welcome

This is a GREAT place to be with many willing helpful people.  Don't get discouraged if your posts get missed...it happens sometimes and they quickly get buried by chat threads.  I highly recommend you visit your state thread.  It's a great way to connect with "locals".  I've gotten lots of help from my Washington Thread.  Also, instead of HELP in your title you could put Chicken With No Beak Needs Help, that should get some attention!  Lots of people say HELP and I think they get glanced over.

I wish I had more experience to help you, but I'm rather new to chicken keeping!  Try re-posting with the new title!
