Reintegration into main flock?

Hi! I posted a month or so ago about my Red pecking at my two EE's. I separated my two EE's and their tail feathers grew back. So I've been trying to reintegrate the EE's with my other 4 pullets (a Red, 2 Buff & a Plymouth). The EE's have been free ranging each day with all birds. Some regular pecking order stuff but nothing major. Today I put the EE's into the main run for an hour and the Red started pecking at the two EE's while they were feather dusting. I'm at a loss. I'm wondering if I should just keep the 2 EE's in their own run? So frustrating.

I would pull out the problem bird.  If the red bird is the one doing the serious pecking and is starting up where she left off before...I'd pull her out for an extended time out.  Couple of weeks, then try putting her back in and see how things go.  If she starts pecking again then you will have to consider if you are going to keep her or not.
