These aren't the best pics, he didn't want to stand still.  This is supposed to be a Salmon Faverolle cockerel.  What say you? Thanks!!

Looks like a male Salmon Faverolle to me. He's got white skin, single comb, muffs, feathered legs, and I think I see a 5th toe in that second picture. He does seem to have a blue dilute gene, though, since his chest is dark grey and not black.

If he has that fifth toe, he is a Faverolle cockerel.

Sorry, forgot to add that yes, he has the fifth toe.

Young Faverolle cockerel. If you keep feeding him well, he'll get big and round with pretty colors not common in chicken breeds.

Definitely a Salmon Faverolle cockerel.

He is a blue salmon cockerel. Bred to salmon hens you will get 50% blue salmon and 50% salmon. If you have blue salmon hens you could end up with some splash salmons.

Agreed. He's a beautiful bird!

Breeder of Dutch bantams, Wyandotte bantams, and a few exhibition rabbits.

Feel free to ask me questions about chicken and rabbit care, breeds, and showing! I'm always happy to help!

Nature's first green is gold,

Her hardest hue to hold.

Her early leaf's a flower

But only so an hour.

Then leaf subsides to leaf.

So Eden sank to grief,

So dawn goes down to day.

Nothing gold can stay. --Robert Frost
