When can my ducks switch over to regular chicken feed?

I have two Indian Runner ducks that are about 4-4.5 months old. I have them separate from my 5 chickens currently. They have their special duck crumbles still in their pen. They free range with the chickens during the day, but I want to/need to integrate them into the chicken coop/run soon.

My question is: when can my ducks switch over to our special chicken feed blend? I get this blend from a local feed company and I was told that my ducks will be able to eat that blend. But I just don't know when they can have it. My chickens will gobble up my duck feed if I integrate them while the ducks still need their starter feed.

We went from starter to grower between 2 and 3 weeks. Just started mixing it in, more grower each day.
