Chicken cant stand up

I went out after church and fed my chickens. I had one that seems like its starving really wants food but seems to be having a hard time getting food in their mouth. This little cockeral is kinda spread leg and just wobbles back to front trying to find balance. help!
 
How old is he? Was he vaccinated for Mareks disease? Could he have eaten something dead or rotten where he has been exposed to botulism, or eaten moldy feed? I would hold him and give him some water with electrolytes and vitamins. Give him some chopped egg. Look inside his beak with a flashlight for any odd looking yellow or gray tissue, or anything stuck in his throat.
