She has grown a WAY bigger crown since I posted this and it has flopped all the way over now. I am a first time owner with these so I'm not sure. Is it normal for a hen to have a really big crown?

Comb size can vary a lot. Hatchery and feed store birds are bred for production, with very little focus on appearance. If this bird were male, there would be very obvious male feathering by 4 months old.
Your bird has the broad, rounded back feathers of a female.
