I just thought I would give one final update... all 3 turned out to be pullets! I get pretty green eggs from the two gray ones and a nice olive egg from the black one.

Thank you for updating your thread! I have one who is 10 weeks with a small comb that's turning pretty red. I've got my fingers crossed. Good to know it's still not a lost cause entirely.
