I'm wondering if I have a sexlink cockerel or pullet, all three are about 4 months, the tail is different from the two others

Pullet. Black sexlink males are barred like their mothers.

It looks like that tail feather is about ready to molt out. They go through several 'mini molts' in their first 6 months, and those juvenile molts can make tails look a bit odd.

Pullet

I set fire to the rain! Watch it pour as I, touched your face. Well it burn while I cried, because I heard it screaming out your name. And I threw us into flames. I knew that was the last time, the last time...I set fire to the rain! -Adele

Pullet.

Breeder of Dutch bantams, Wyandotte bantams, and a few exhibition rabbits.

Feel free to ask me questions about chicken and rabbit care, breeds, and showing! I'm always happy to help!

They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts."

Pullet.

the joy of sexlinks is the sex is linked to the color. In black sex links, the females are colored on some variation of your pullet. the males are colored like this...
