Sick warren :(

Thread Starter
My warren is 3 years old, she used to live just with another warren but that one slumped over, couldn't really walk and unfortunately died after 4 weeks of being in that condition.
I got a slightly younger white Sussex, bluebell and black rock to keep her company.
The four of them have live together well for 6 weeks, the warren sleeps alonest night while the other huddle up.
Yesterday my warren was the oicturr if health p, s but of a bugged really but today she didn't come out of the coop.
I checked on her and she cannot move, she can't stand up, whenever I try to prop her up she just roles onto one side.
Ive brought her in to keep her warm and kee an eye on her, she is quite alert, eating well, hasn't had any water yet but I'm sure she will, she is also pooing well too. Is she just old is this how they get when they die? Or is there something I can do to help her?
Any advice would be really appreciated!

Is she sitting and she rolls when you try to move her? Or laying on her side?

If she has no symptoms of illness and is eating and drinking, I would guess she's broody.

They can be very stubborn about not moving when they want to sit on eggs.

So "can't move" or "won't move"?

Welcome to BYC. Mareks disease can cause that sort of behavior, but dehydration, eating moldy feed, botulism from eating dead animal remains or vegetation,  and vitamin deficiency also can. If she dies, I would get a necropsy done on her to look for Mareks. Are you in the US? Here is a list of state vets who can do them:
