I usually just keep trying different things until I find something that works, mixing up the pecking order of the older ones might keep them busy amongst themselves enough for them to disregard the younger ones. Good luck, hopefully that will work.
Chickens, muscovy ducks, turkeys, donkeys , goats, dogs, fish, parakeets, a parrot, and a cat.

I brake for squirrels.
