Three week old chicks coughing/sneezing

I have a dozen cornish cross chicks and a few have started coughing or sneezing, I can't tell which is which. There is no mucous evident and all are eating and drinking well. No bloody or odd stools either. These guys are over a month out from their butcher date so I'm comfortable giving antibiotics. Also, they were vaccinated for Cocci by the hatchery. Ideas? They're in our garage with a heat lamp (75 temp in hutch)but the weather here in OK has been wet and fluctuating.

Hi Farmgal, I have used a small dab of VetRX under the wings on some of my chicks that started sneezing. Unless there is nasal drainage or marked wheezing or they've stopped eating I probably wouldn't give them an antibiotic, but this is just my opinion. I would make sure that their bedding is clean & dry at all times. Meat birds can be sorta messy. Is it possible that they are getting feed dust or bedding dust in their nares? Best of luck ☺
