Leghorn hen has really watery poo.

What does it mean? The silky she is with has normal poo. Everything in the poo is digested and brown but it is watery. Kinda shoots from her butt when it comes out.

All the time or just now and again? Chickens have glands near the anus and when these are evacuated, it can be as you describe.

I got her a week ago and she just started this yesterday

You don't see any evidence of worms? If not, just keep an eye on her - it could be a storm in a tea cup.

Get yourself a kitchen scale and start weighing her every other day. If she starts losing weight you will need to figure out what's causing the weight loss.

How old is she?
