Can't figure out breed and gender

Looks like a pullet getting close to lay but it's hard to say without knowing the age. She looks a lot like my olive eggers. Maybe an Ameracauna mix? If it is a pullet you will know if she lays green or blue eggs

I'm in Australia, I think it's 10 or 11 weeks old now.

Thanks for helping out! What makes her look like a pullet?

Blue males will usually have a darker shade of blue on their shoulders/wings. Your bird's comb is still practically invisible, and her coloring is a fairly uniform shade of blue.

gravylips that is one pretty blue Araucana pullet! :)

I thought araucana had ear tufts and Ameracauna had the beard and muffs?

In the US Araucanas are tufted and rumpless, in the UK they can be either tufted, rumpless, tailed, muffed or crested... Australia has the crested, muffed, tailed ones mostly, I believe... and Ameraucanas were bred and created strictly in the US... I don't believe they have ever been imported elsewhere...
