First Egg Today, Confirmed Olive Egger?

Leo, named by my son, smile.png laid her first egg today. We were told she was an Easter Egger and I believe her egg (farthest left) confirms this. Anyone think she is something else? I think her egg is gorgeous and today was a great surprise!

Yep, she's definitely an Olive Egger (an Easter Egger that lays olive green eggs). Her egg is gorgeous. :o)

Agreed

Breeder of Dutch bantams, Wyandotte bantams, and a few exhibition rabbits.

Feel free to ask me questions about chicken and rabbit care, breeds, and showing! I'm always happy to help!

Nature's first green is gold,

Her hardest hue to hold.

Her early leaf's a flower

But only so an hour.

Then leaf subsides to leaf.

So Eden sank to grief,

So dawn goes down to day.

Nothing gold can stay. --Robert Frost
