Ok it's two bulls and only one is considered a brockle face! But they are so dang cute! Big for twins! Probably 70+ pounds? And twins usually range in the 50-60 pounds. At least that's what I was told. Have videos and pictures on the camera to upload.

So are the polish, and so is the polish rooster....I am thinking even the spare might be one.  I don't have a third spare either...

The Icelandic rooster is worse. Pecking and grabbing skin constantly. If they weren't so rare and I had a nicer rooster they'd be gone

we live on a small development. Sort of like a big horse shoe of a road. There are 12 buildable lots that have shared lake access lot. It's actually quite nice. We've got a little elbow room here, reduced taxes because we're not right on the lake but still lake access a short distance away. We are the only place that stay here as a main home. Everybody else is a 'cabin'. Their homes are suburb or cities. So DH leaves gate open quite a lot for us to get to the ice or boat. This year with his knee and unpredictable ice and BB season he didn't put out a fish house. But gate left open as our lot is one of two ways to get an ice house or boat launched on the whole lake. DH has let a couple buddies access. Now the neighbors think we let Everybody use it...which may have inadvertently happened outside our knowledge. So because we are local all the neighbors hate us for letting other people use it. I myself have warned DH about being overly generous. And he's went so far as putting new lock and passing keys to all neighbors to rectify some of this a few years back. But they still yap behind our backs obviously. Some kid in the neighborhood pulled his shanty off there and has left it in the lot because the gate was locked. DH took a heated call from a loop neighbor. So I think we're done being generous to friends who keep the ice road open with their plows and gas for a little access. Some people don't think outside the box. Nonetheless it's a private association access lot and we're trying to be more thoughtful of the neighbors who have lots here. I've told DH he needs to just be that way, I guess.

Oh, that's a tough one. It's too bad a few friend's abused the privilege a bit. And neighbors are going to talk. Can't worry about that. If it's not one thing it's another.

Anyone here need 1800 ft of shoreline in the middle of no where?

I do! I do!

OMG GUESS WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT! Pumpkin out huge red Brockle face had twins! She has never had twins before and has always had a black calf or a black brockle face and this year she had two red brockle face calves! She has excepted both of them so they are gonna get a bottle of colostrum to get them on their feet as they are a little weaker than usual. Other than that they are fine! I AM SO FREAKIN EXCITED!

Awesome! And I love the pictures! If you didn't live so far away, I'd invite myself over to visit the calves and try to hop that fence again! I'm also not 7 months pregnant, but whatever.

Turned the new Roo out with the girls --- and yanked the former head of state and put him in confinement out in the barn. He was such a butt! I am just amazed at the difference between the new fluff and the old (not really that old? a year in June) dictator. I think I'm just over EE roosters. I LOVE THE NEW FLUFF.
