Jerry I won a raffle for a new extractor. I have it set up. I managed to block the bees out of the supers.

I will try to collect the supers when I get home. I might not extract for a bit.

this is bad time to be in hospital. I should be feeding the bees but can’t. Good thing I have one hive I am going introduce to extreme cold.

I should have 6 and 1/2 deeps of honey to winter over 2 hives!

Morning . Going to cold process some tomatoes into juice today . I run them through the blender skins and all . Then through the Foley food mill to remove seeds and skin . A food processor and then Victorio strainer would work also . When I have enough to fill enough jars to fill the water bath canner I will can them .

I use the Norpro 1951. It removes seeds and skins all in one step. No need to run through a blender.
