Rainy chilly morning . So I am under the care of a transition team for my heart . Adjusting dosages and meds . Reduced salt intake so I don't retain fluid . Weigh every morning to watch for fluid retention . Take vitals every day - blood pressure and pulse . Feeling ok . Hey equinox is tomorrow .
