My bantam roo has frostbite, and I'm pretty sure that he also has a small infection from it. I have brought him home with me from my grandparents farm (without dad's knowledge) :/ in hopes of making him feel better, I didn't have the time tonight to rig something up in the coop for him, that's why he came for a sleepover. I am wondering if anyone on here has a home remedy for this? Also, I have heard of using Vaseline for frostbite. I would like to know what exactly it's good for, and how often to apply it? Also, I have applied a antibacterial cream that my cousin used for her cracked and dry hands. Just once, and it is a really mellow cream, on terms of medicine. If that makes sense, I will try and post pics tomorrow, but any help is appreciated!
