Hi, just a quick intro... I think you know why I'm getting around to it at this late date! I live in a rural area in a house that Hubby and I built ourselves. Current flock consists of 27 birds with only one member left from first hatch in spring 2013. Varied gene pool with roo being my avatar EE. He's a good boy, very interested in all things related to reproduction, and taking care of his ladies and his kids. Flock breeding goals: Small combs, bare legs, colorful egg basket. This generation is shaping up nicely. Candling and hatching addict. Use fermented feed. Flock out to free range intermittently due to hawk predation.
