I don't see any obvious rooster signs, but Silkies are difficult to sex and I could be wrong.

I'm not real thrilled with the comb - females usually have a flatter comb while the males are more bulbous - but not ready to commit to either gender. A couple more months and it should be obvious.

It looks non bearded, they tend to have much larger combs and wattles than bearded Silkies, male or female. But, it looks like its leaking some rust on its shoulders (those darker spots on the wings) which is a male trait. It could just be the pictures though.
I've been raising Silkies for a while now, and they're still difficult for me to sex. I have a cockerel that looks very similar to your little chick.

Thank you! Pom Pom also has some black colouring on the edge of the wings and tail. Does that indicate anything? I can get a pic if you need

Just thought I'd update - Pom Pom turned out to be a roo. Streamers and wattles are huge now at 16 weeks.
