True Blue Whiting info please?

Pics
Last one hatched. I helped him for the last part. He’s eager to get with yesterday’s chicks.
I ordered 12 eggs and hatched 9 chicks. I’m happy with that. Some of the chicks have a pretty bluish gray look to them. 1 or 2 have muffs.
Oh wonderful! I was really rooting for that last one! 9 of 12 for shipped eggs is a number I'd be happy with too.
I agree the dark blue is just gorgeous and muffs are adorable. I've got two wtb pullets, one is a very dark gray with black head clean face and gorgeous dark steel color legs. Her name is Blue (she's my husband's and he chose her name). The other is red and white with muffs and butter yellow legs. Her name is Peaches or Peachie because she reminds me of Peaches and cream. The muffs are perfectly adorable!
Please keep the pics coming as your babies grow, it looks like you've got a fantastic variety in your hatch, congratulations!

These chicks will be fun to grow out and see how they develop. I took out the heat lamp and replaced it with the brooder plate. They weren’t too happy about that, so I put the heat lamp back in until the brooder plate gets warmed up.

What an adorable collection of fluffy-butt dinosaurs! 🥰 They look so healthy and active, well done! Please keep posting so we can see how they grow & feather out. ♥️

I have one WTB pullet, who's mostly white with silver gray splashes, quite lovely; I named her "Martha" for Martha Stewart since WTBs are "designer" birds. 😉 She's a GREAT layer, almost daily, and became very friendly once she started laying (but extremely flighty, don't-touch-me type till her hormones hit and she started squatting constantly in my path when I'm in their run). 🙄🤗 She hangs out with me while I work around the coop & wants attention, petting & "conversation". I'll gladly add more WTBs to my flock when the time comes.

Congratulations on such a good hatch!

Thanks! All credit goes to the breeder I ordered the eggs from. She takes good care of her chickens and it shows in their health.
I enjoy hatching eggs in the incubator. I think everybody should do it. Those first couple days after hatching are critical and it’s a good time to bond with the chicks.
Hopefully these chicks will grow up healthy and produce lots of eggs and chicks.
