Breeding Questions.

The red is a production red. The small one is a bantam gold laced Cochin. Your cockerel looks like a blue Wyandotte instead of a Sumatra.

You will have to keep an eye on the drake come springtime. They are very sexually aggressive, and have reproductive parts that are not compatible with chickens. He could injure your hens if he tries to mate with them.

The duck and the rooster were brought together. Had to put them together cause the black one wouldn't stop crying without him. They were not together at the feed store but apparently got attached to the duck while they were in a box together on the ride home. The duck is real friendly starts talking to me when he sees me and wags his butt like a dog.the rooster sounds funny when it crows. He really only does it around 4am and its like five minutes none stop but not loud. Then sometimes around 6 am again for another five minutes then nothing all day.
