Is this a juvenile male or a female?

My husband and I decided to save a turkey for thanksgiving.

We wanted to save a male, we were assured this is a male, but I'm kinda sure it's a female.

We're naming her Catrina if she's a girl and possibly Wilbur if male

If you look at its breast feathers you can see that the lower edge of them is a light color.  She is a hen.

Welsummers, mixed breed chickens, Blue Slate turkeys, Sweetgrass turkeys and guineas.

In wonderful Wyoming.

Saved as in she will not be dinner. She will live in our no kill farm for the rest of her days
