That's ok just chalk it up to a learning experience. You know great artists and chef's never get it right the first time. Please read my signature (especially the last sentence "when at first you...."), I live by that. I've made some pretty exciting discovery's from so called failures (remember Bob Ross and his "happy accidents"?).
So... I want to hear how your next try goes. Remember you can do this with any type of bones. I intend to bake a whole ham for Christmas and will use the bone to make a stock. I will use that stock for the base of a potato soup and/or a ham and bean soup.
