Beautiful colors, what breed is this? I plan to add more colors to my little flock and would also like a variety of colored eggs, so will be looking around for various breeds, hope to get an EE and Oliver Egger hen.
 
What a great week of weather in Manitoba! Sure makes winter feel shorter when it doesn't start with a snow storm or -30 weather. At this rate winter might only be 3 months long instead of 5.
 
Yes the temps are fabulous, today is calling for highs of +8C (46F) here. Yes I remember some of those winters that started really cold in November and didn't let up for three months or so. Enjoy your week!
