SAMs Club coops?

I have an opportunity to buy a used "like new" coop. We have a nice coop we built ourselves, but an additional one would allow me to get a few more chickens in spring. It is a "Chicken Chalet" model from Sams club. Has anyone else bought one? If so is the quality ok or is it pretty much junk? Any thoughts are very much appreciated!! Thank you.

The reviews aren't very good. I found 2 separate listings of the same coop each with different reviews.

Here is a very good video review I found.

Thanks much. That's about what I figured. Seller only wants $100, so once we make some improvements it might be ok. Only looking to put 3 bantams in it, so size wise it would work.

Thanks again.
